BSC was founded to provide a specialist architectural service to the home improvement market and commericial small to minor works upto a value of £1m. Our work mainly comprises of extensions, loft conversions, change of use and material alterations, as well as small bespoke housing developments and flat conversions. We offer a personal professional service for each and every customer. We will listen to your ideas and design a scheme that fits your requirements, planning guidelines and budgets. Don't forget that we can do as much or as little as you require. All our services are pay-as-you-go so you can employ us for just a consultation or for planning or building regulations - the choice is yours.
NO HIDDEN EXTRAS:
Basically what we say is what you pay - no matter what. Be wary of consultants who offer cheap initial rates and free consultations. They are just hooks to get your money. They will often try to charge extra fees later and unless you want to start the whole process again you will have little choice than to pay pay up. With BSC our fees include everything architectural except council fees. We will
amend the plans as many times as you like until you are 100% satisfied and if refused we will re-design and re-submit completely free of charge.
